I have a real estate question?

bad estate agent

I choose a bad real estate agent I signed papers and can’t get out of it now so I want to do some of his job by posting info and pictures of my home and contact info to myself.I don’t have allot of time to sell or I loose my home and the agent I think is awaiting me to go ridiculously low on my price so he can do a quick sale. He’s playing games not replying to potential buyers or any of my calls or emails.I’ve posted info on craigslist and when they contact me I’ll show house and if I get a buyer then I will inform the agent to come over take over get his commission and close.I live in metro Taylor michigan area anyone have any more ideas besides craigslist that I can post info about my home myself?

You can fire that agent anytime you want. Is it written in your contract that you would owe them something if you cancelled? Probably not. If the agent won’t cancel it, call his Broker and demand to have it cancelled.
Be careful about showing the house yourself, not only for your security, but you could be breaching that listing contract and they could sue you to pay a commission. I’m a realtor, I know there are bad ones out there. But be careful about the contract you signed, and make sure you have the legal right to cancel at anytime.
