Whats so bad about a recession if you dont lose your job?
If you dont lose your job isnt a recession actually better? Prices keep coming down and your dollar goes much further. I have little chance of losing my job and honestly I hope this recession can last for years. Ive been able to buy everything at huge discounts this year.

Does the media exaggerate about how bad the USA recession really is?
I think so. If the economy were truly bad then most americans would not have their dream job. Most americans have their dream job because the economy is good. You can get your dream job because the economy is good. Some people have be laid off, but most people have not been. I think the economy could be better, but it’s not horrible.

Like everyone else I heard about the disaster in Myanmar. The problem is that I personally cannot afford to donate any money to Myanmar disaster relief. I was in the same position after Hurricane Katrina. One of the greatest problems with the recession is that when a disaster happens either here or somewhere else, many Americans honestly cannot afford to donate to disaster relief. I am now getting to a point where I don’t want to see any foreign disasters on TV or online anymore.

Just curious, I have one more class I’d like to take before I actually go and apply for the job. I have all my credentials but this class I’m taking will definitely help me on the job. Though with this recession I was curious if it will be harder to snag a job as an EMT?

What did the American taxpayers and voters do that caused this recession and massive job losses?
How did Americans contribute to thousands upon thousands of manufacturing jobs being shipped over seas? Does the UK, AU, France, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany have this same problem of massive job losses in one day? Somewhere between 45,000 to 55,000 Americans lost their jobs in one day in January 2009.
